Xander's wish to go to Disney World and Legoland

Xander is a nine-year-old boy suffering from Leukemia. He loves rides and Legos and always wished to go to Walt Disney World Resort and Legoland!

In April 2015, a big white limo pulled up to his driveway to drive him to the airport. Xander had VIP treatment with the Westjet representatives who also gave him a unique cockpit tour.

Once in Orlando, Xander and his family were greeted by representatives from Give Kids the World Village, where they would be staying. Xander ate plenty of ice cream, chocolate bars and donuts as Give Kids the World Village seemed to have an endless supply.

During the trip, Xander enjoyed his Master Builder experience at Legoland. He got a backstage tour of how everything worked in the Lego world and got to go through 100,000 Lego bricks! He also enjoyed the roller coasters! Xander rode as many as he possibly could - he loved the thrill.

"This was a phenomenal wish experience and we had the time of our lives.Thank you so much to everyone who helped Xander's Wish come true! The memories will last a life time," Xander's parents.

We would like to thank Sony, To Go Insurance, WestJet, Give Kids the World and a special thank you to Tysen's Mission to a Million for adopting Xander's wish!
